Participation in a competition gives users an opportunity to display their skills and knowledge, as well as reveal their personal vision on contemporary trends and fashion in gastronomy. In order to take part in a competition one has to possess virtual equipment, inventory and groceries, which can be purchased in the Shop section of this site.
Competitions can be of different nominations and are divided into 3 categories:
1. Individual competition. Here 2 participants compete with each other. Apart from purchasing the equipment, inventory and groceries as required the participants have to write a detailed cooking technology as well as upload 4 macro-photos of each element of the dish taken from different angles.
2. Team competition. Here 2 teams compete with each other. Each team may consist of 1-5 participants. Team competition offers higher stakes. The equipment, inventory and groceries of all team members may be combined which reduces expenses. Each team has to write a detailed cooking technology as well as upload 4 macro-photos of each element of the dish taken from different angles. Profit of the team competition is divided equally among all the members of the team.
3. Mass competition. Participants pay an entry fee of 1.000 Als. In the course of 1 month a participant has to upload the cooking technology, 4 macro-photos of each element of the dish taken from different angles. A winner gets a prize taken from the entry fees of all participants. Minimum number of participants – 3 persons.
Competitions can be judged only by Alliance members. A competition is considered to be concluded as soon as a few members have been voted. Judging is being done in the following measurements:
Accuracy of cooking technology – 10 points
Match of used and possessed equipment, inventory and groceries – 10 points
Clarity and perspective of photo – 10 points
Dish design – 10 points
Compatibility of used products – 10 points
Colour spectrum – 10 points
MEMBERS OF THE ALLIANCE
